IT&T can work in outsourcing in two project modes:
  • Dedicated team
  • Fixed price

However, we only carry out fixed price in already well-established relations with a client and in familiar environment.

We pay enormous attention to project management, one of the key-factors of success in outsourcing.

Our project managers combine experience in project management and engineering in their fields. They are all polyglots.

At minimum, each project requires one or more project manager(s) on nearshore/offshore site. In accordance with the size and complexity of the project, a supervisory assistant of the culture of client and speaking his language could also be required on geographic location of the client.

In the framework of our projects, methods play a big part because they enable to efficiently manage the activity and to respond to the highest-level expectations of our clients.

We are accustomed to using iterative management methods (of Scrum type), which facilitate frequent supply of deliverables, thus allowing a regular feedback. But it goes without saying, we also adapt ourselves to specific methods of our clients!

We also use "best practices" of each sector in order to reach our performance goals namely quality and client satisfaction. For example, in aerospace development we use the DO-178B standard.
